FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME
ideal if you can't travel...
What is Video Call Counselling?
This option is most similar to in person counselling as we can see/hear each other via the computer screen.
Sessions are held at a scheduled weekly time and we meet through a secure video link.
Is Video Call Counselling Confidential?
I use a programme called Zoom for my online counselling work. Zoom is free to download and use and I will send you instructions to set this up on your device.
Zoom looks similar to Skype but is much more suitable for confidential therapeutic work as it secure, encrypted and complies with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws.
Is Video Call Counselling Safe?
I have studied an advanced specialist course in online counselling which equips me to offer this method of working in a very safe way. To read more about my online experience and training click here.
